Lucky Math is a family math practice app by neue. This policy explains how the app handles information about children’s profiles, learning progress, rewards, and parent settings.
Your family’s app data stays on your device
Lucky Math stores its app data locally on your device. This includes:
- Child profiles, profile names, and selected avatars.
- Learning progress, quiz results, streaks, and earned badges.
- Math difficulty levels and selected operations.
- Custom rewards, quantities, assignments, and prize history.
- Quiz settings, reward probabilities, and passcodes.
This information supports personalized quizzes, tracks progress, and lets parents manage rewards. We do not receive this data or sync it to our servers. Lucky Math does not require an account.
Children’s privacy and parent controls
Lucky Math is designed for children to use with parent or guardian involvement. Children’s profile information and learning activity remain on the device and are not collected by us through the app. A nickname can be used for a child’s profile instead of a full name.
Parents choose the rewards and learning settings. The parent area is protected by a passcode, and individual profiles can have optional passcodes. These controls help manage access within the app; please also use your device’s security settings to protect access to the device itself.
No ads, analytics, or tracking services
Lucky Math does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting services. We do not sell or share your family’s locally stored app data with advertisers or other third parties.
Keeping and deleting your data
Local app data remains on your device until it is removed. To remove all local Lucky Math data, use your device’s app-data controls or delete the app and its data. Offloading an app may keep its data. We cannot access or delete locally stored data on your behalf.
Your operating system may include app data in device backups, depending on your settings. These backups are separate from Lucky Math and are managed by your device or backup provider. Review your backup settings to manage or delete those copies.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and provide support. Please have a parent or guardian contact us, and avoid including children’s personal information, passcodes, or other sensitive details that are not needed to explain the issue.
You can contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Lucky Math changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
